Call your pdoc and discuss this with him or her. I was placed on an antipsychotic that caused me to experience anxiety. I had never had it before and it was awful. Luckily a med adjustment was all I needed to get back to good. I know you increased your dose of something a while back when you were struggling. Perhaps the adjustment is making the anxiety worse?
