I know what you mean about portions being so big.
I had a couple pieces of cheese and a Quest bar and an iced tea at work today. That equaled to 340 calories. Then I went to Outback for lunch where I had a side Cesar salad at 280 calories and a 6oz sirloin and grilled shrimp at 370 calories. I ate like a couple bites out of everything before getting full. So I have lunch and dinner and I’m only going to be at like 970 calories for the entire day. Yeah with that I also might as well just eat at home.
