Ya I have agoraphobia to it was my best friend actually who helped me to get outside,I try to avoid people but some of them walk up to me and start talking ugh,For me going outside helps a little bit with getting me to go to my doctors,i am afraid of car rides,now if they could find a way to get me there on a boat i would love it but i couldnt get on it anyway since i have to use my walker,darn i amost fell again ,
