Myzen, you are wise. I am learning to allow the feeling to pass and not examine too carefully, just to feel. I did better on Thurs in that I didn't hurt myself with the internal conflict, just felt it. I will practice this with the anxiety. They are feelings and they change. Thank you for taking time in your day to reach out and remind me to breathe
