I’m not a huge fruit person in general, most have just too much sugar content even tho it’s natural and not high fructose. This is due to my ED. But I really do love love love veggies raw, steamed or roasted.

Wow, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. I ate 4 tablespoons tonight!
but I am over weight and my dieting did not work the way that I wanted it today.
