I've spent ALL day playing it. My advice is to stick to the main story line, do fewer side quests for awhile.
I'm just blown away by how good this game is. The only flaw is that I have to get into all the menus to tinker around because the game is so complex. Way more complex than even Oblivion. Also, keep an eye open for expxensive books in the game.
