I would say dial back your combativeness on the job. No one is productive constantly battling the issue of your accommodations. You are highly intelligent. You know this, yet you turn everything into a battle. I still say you should be an attorney, a litigator, because they battle with words for a living. I’m not idly joking about that-my brother is a litigator and there are other jobs like that.
Any organization is going to repulse something that in counterproductive. The drama is NOT NOT NOT good for you. You should cut back on the drama—you dont have to roll over for them. Just reach for a less combative situation that fits you better.
