I can get away with just one teaspoon because I then I drink at least 30 Oz of water which gives me a full feeling then I brush my teeth. I think that helps the most , I finish a meal and then brush my teeth , if I think about another trip to the kitchen to graze I think “ but my teeth are nice and clean “
I brush my teeth on average 5-6 times a day.
My husband and I can easily go through sometimes 8 gallons of water in about 4 days.
It really helps curb my appetite. Although of course I’d damn sure rather it be ice cream lol
