My morale is extremely low at work. Someone I liked got fired Friday afternoon, and we're only a 20-person company.

I had my annual review last week, and my boss downplayed my biggest achievements, yet again.. though I did get a raise at least.

And I am completely overwhelmed by all the work I have, yet my boss downplays how much time it should take to complete my work per client., plus my social respsonibilities now.

I am still bitter about that woman taking credit for my work last week -- totally unethical, yet she was not fired?????? My employer is going to allow that to happen??????

I am not happy at all. I want to leave, and feel a bit powerless in a way, because I'm so tired from work, I have no extra time to devote to the job search and application process. But I have to.

I really am starting to HATE my company.
