I’m not a huge fruit person in general, most have just too much sugar content even tho it’s natural and not high fructose. This is due to my ED. But I really do love love love veggies raw, steamed or roasted.

I had to smile at your post. This is exactly me! Everything you wrote above. We always have the dark chocolate on hand and I am also able to find sufficient satisfaction from a teaspoon (two max) of peanut butter without craving more. I like fruit, but not nearly as much as my husband. I like every veggie there is.
