This has been a good thread for me too. I hope we can keep it up and continue with another when we reach the thread limit. Our physical health is a key component to maintaining balance mentally and it can be hard work to do both. Thanks to all of you for sharing your journeys with me and for encouraging me along mine.

BirdDancer, maybe you can think of your weekend eating as a cheat day. Some diets include those because they claim they help to boost your metabolism after it gets used to a reduced calorie intake. Silver lining? I went over my calories by 30 yesterday. An extra serving of a delicious salad put me over the top. I'm not feeling bad about that. I already have my meals planned out for today and I'll be able to stay well within my limits.

I swam yesterday instead of circuit training. It was a nice change of pace. I start circuit training with heavier weights today. I can already anticipate sore muscles.
