I asked my co worker if in his review, his achievements were “cherry picked” by our boss. He said yes. So it’s not just ME.

I’ve seen this again and again. The boss is threatened by those beneath him who could replace him so what does he do? Downplays achievements and keeps employees in their place beneath him so there’s no threat.

This company makes me ill. It’s making ME ill.
