@rechu, I'm sorry for what you're dealing with. I cannot write much right now as I am very upset, and I cannot deal anymore with my job. My boss is very much as you described. He gave a promotion to someone who may not have fully deserved it, and is downplaying our accomplishments to keep the rest of us under his thumb.
