Yet last week she didn’t say anything about 125 and was offering to let me borrow her diet book. I had to tell her that no, I’m just very particular about my weight. Yet these mental health professionals could care less when you gain massively in 2 weeks from psych meds. I truly don’t get it.

I have a similar problem but in my case I'm recovering from an eating disorder so it kind of makes sense for me but maybe you could talk to them about how you feel about it? It seems weird that they'd be concerned about weight loss then offer to lend you a diet book, like mixed signals. Anyway I understand how you feel, I'm around the same weight as you and want to get down to a similar weight as your goal and my doctor gets concerned when I lose weight even if I am at a healthy weight for my height and not trying to go to extremes or anything
