I had to adjust my eating to do more than just cut back on the sugar to get the scale to move. I have been exercising regularly, so that was a little frustrating but I am already in a groove with my new eating plan. It allows me to eat 185 carbs a day. That's more than doable for me. I'm also sticking to goals for carlories and fats. So far, so good. I weigh myself tomorrow and I'll keep everyone posted.
