(((esther))))) Please try and feel good about yourself just for the healthy eating and extra excercise! It's a way of life, and will eventually keep you alive longer and healthier... btw maybe all the changes in your diet and program caused your tolerances to lower and make you sick? I know going to healthy food helps your body throw out the toxins that have built up... and sometimes it's pretty intense... keep at it...
I found that hot peppers, ground or fresh, cayenne pepper or such helps to increase my metabolism... I always lose weight the week I eat pizza with hot peppers!
