Better to just get it done, if you don't have it it will be a relief and if your pre-diabetic or diabetic you'll at least know and can make changes and get on the meds.

Yea I probably should just go in person. But I need someone to help me like, guide me, to eating better. I cant rely on my mom or sister anymore to teach me, because my mom just tells me to not eat a lot, and my sis says "just eat whole foods like vegetables", even tho they are super skinny and eat well and work out. I need a deeper understanding of how to eat better.
But I cant pay for a nutritionist or anything because my Medicare only covers those services if ur already diabetic, and I dont want to wait til I'm diabetic to start eating better.
