Yes love making lists and make lists on paper and in my I-phone in the Notes app. Making lists helps reduce anxiety definitely and sometimes my list is ongoing for a few weeks and look back and feel good about finishing things on the list (don’t always finish everything, sometimes). In the past have learned about setting long term goals with a deadline or timeline. For example, “run a 5 K race” within the next 3 months and then research training plan online or in running magazines. Miss jogging and running. Now walk my dog and used to hike some and want to get a treadmill maybe some day.
