when it comes to panic attacks, my key thing is getting air (open window, going in to a cool room, what ever)
it really helps me
to the original question: I think one of the things that helps me is to try and solve all the anxieties I'm anxious about from the day before th eend of the day
it isn't a complete fix, as sometimes you can't just click your fingers and have it sorted
but: knowing I've done all I can on my end to make things easier and to make me aware of what will happen, I feel a little better
