I think relaxions are very welcome at this thread. It is about what we
plan to do to keep our depressions at a level that is possible to live with, either it is this or that activity. It is not about how much work we can do
only.

(At least that is how I see it. To me this thread is a tool to fight depression by planning and try to stick to plan what ever it is that we have planned).
