You are correct Fuzzybear.

In the past I have been called many disgusting names and made to be felt worthless by many people everyday during the horrific period I was in. It has taking me awhile to realize that all those people were absolutely wrong about me and I am beautiful both inside and out and have more worth in my pinky finger than any of them that abused me and made me feel this way.

I challenge everyone of you that suffer from depression or from abuse to wake up each morning and first thing look in the mirror and say to yourself I am beautiful and full of worth, because you are.
