I noticed this is your first post. So... welcome to Psych Central.
I'm sorry I don't think I would know what to tell you about all of this. It sounds very complicated. Perhaps there will be other members, here on PC, who will have some suggestions they can offer. What occurs to me is simply that you can't control what another person does or change them. I know you wrote you love B very much. But no matter how much you may love her, you can't make her do what she needs to do to heal. She has to do that for herself.
