That's wonderful that you are doing so well and almost to your goal, fern. I would love it if you would share a few of the breakfast ideas you mentioned. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and yet one I find hard to plan when I'm on an eating plan. I tend to wake up very hungry in the morning and like things that are either prepped the night before, or quick to put together. I do tend to prefer "sweeter" breakfasts, but I should try to add a few savory ones just for variety.
