It's been very helpful for me. My brain is still adjusting to it. The first step is accepting that you're a "Creator". You have a choice. Several times a day, I tell myself I'm a creator. I think, "I have a vision and I know what I want. That's what I'm going to focus on." It helps elevate my mood. And when problems arise, I remind myself that I am no longer a victim. I focus on what it is I want.
I read the book which gave me a lot of understanding. It's The Power of Ted: The Empowerment Dynamic. It's a parable and a quick read.
