Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and yet one I find hard to plan when I'm on an eating plan. I tend to wake up very hungry in the morning and like things that are either prepped the night before, or quick to put together. I do tend to prefer "sweeter" breakfasts, but I should try to add a few savory ones just for variety.
I like sweet breakfast too. I've been making a yogurt parfait several mornings a week. I use Greek vanilla yogurt. Some brands are higher calorie than others. You can also mix half plain and half vanilla to cut the sugar even more. I do 2/3 cup of that and add strawberries, blackberries or raspberries. I also found a granola that adds crunch, but is lower calorie than most granola. It is made by Kind and it is the dark chocolate whole grain cluster variety. I use 1/3 cup of that.

I also like multigrain or wheat English muffins with peanut butter I make from the chocolate PB2 powder. PB2 is only 50 calories compared to 190 for regular peanut butter. I usually pair that with a cup of grapes.

I like the Simple Truth Honey Almond Flax cereal with light vanilla almond milk on cereal days.

I like breakfast burritos for savory days. I make them with whole wheat or high fiber tortillas, egg whites, turkey sausage and salsa.

Just a couple of ideas...
