I have little confidence, however, they can get through a depressive cloud as thick and persistent as the one surrounding you. True. The conceptual shorthand imposed by medical bureaucracy falls tragically short of the depression world's vast diversity.

If you had the psychological equivalent of a simple cold, then good CBT might help some. I've been haunting these forums long enough to realise you do not have the psychological equivalent of a simple cold.
