My T is on vacation... my PTSD is from ppl in power those with authority not doing what they "should" do... hey I work on this several hours a week on the average..

but now I'm getting attacked again... and triggered... and ???

I can't expect others to come to my rescue... the disappointment would be too much when they didn't it's ... it's ... doggoneit it's ptsd that makes me need ppl to rescue me from snerts! and others like that... here any way

I do my best to isolate myself IRL My T doesn't want me to... but he's gone for another week so? But part of my isolating was to come here... so if I don't come here... ????

I come here to kill time instead of myself... there's no one IRL to bail me out if I flashback much while T is gone...
