There has been a tremendous amount of stress in my life lately.
I feel like I am coming apart at the seams.

I tend to experience some dissociation day in and day out, but this is different. This is more intense and mind-boggling. I am losing so much time. It makes my head spin. My head aches terribly. I feel dazed

It's ramping up as I am writing this. So I have to stop. I won't know what I am writing, or what I wrote. I will read and not know it was me who wrote it.

Gotta go right now. excruciating head pain.
