Hi everyone, wishing you all good mental health.

I’ve only skim read some posts. A lot of triggering at the moment. I do wonder whether sometimes people say dumb things just for kicks. I’d do some blocking but I can’t remember how.

I’m leaving for a two week holiday tomorrow. Off to Iceland and Denmark to celebrate 25yrs marriage. My H and me met with my pdoc and planned the trip. I’ll have to take Valium to get on the plane.

I met with the community psych nurse also. She loaded some mindfulness exercises onto my phone.

Hopefully I’ll be ok.
