It just seems inefficient to only look at one place at a time. (Can you tell I’ve been studying for an economics test?)
And it’s stressful, because then everything feels like it hinges on the one place.

Mainly because they both work full time I guess? And also because they don't want to have to pay a bunch of application fees. If they get turned down for this one though, I am going to tell them, that they need to do what they have to do to find a place even if they have to spend their entire day off looking. They have to consider finding a new place to live as a 2nd job right now. They don't have a choice. We don't have the space here for them to stay longer than a month or two.
