I am a bit more cohesive today, so far, for which I am grateful.

I have been under far too much stress. I have had to deal, on an ongoing basis, with matters which I find ill, disturbing and quite traumatic. It has been very triggering... and I have been dissociating more and more, much to my dismay.

I have also been having night terrors.

my head is spinning.

I need to be careful about stress and must allow myself some extra rest.
