well i know i am saying this from a very triggered place... but i really want to follow through... but the last time i went to t with a really fresh cut... he was pretty unhappy with me... and i thought he wasn't going to let me leave until i came up with a safety plan... he kept telling me... i needed to talk to him and give him a reason to believe i was going to be safe... when i shrugged my shoulders he said... i have all the time in the world... i even have an apple over there to eat....lol t humor... i can do this it's only 12 hours till my appointment... lyn
