I agree. It's a private thing. I am fairly certain there are many more people in therapy than I have ever been made aware of. The few I know of are people, over many years, that I've know quite well. Not really that many considering how long therapy has been on my radar and how old I am. I'm guessing there are many more but it isn't a light topic of conversation.
