Maybe it would be a good time to find help & get some healing & learn the skills to be that guy who has it together.
Just because we grew up broken doesn't mean we have to stay that way. It has taken me time & good therapy & understanding where those past dysfunctional behaviors came from.....but we are very capable of breaking those chains that bound us in the past.
