Yesterday was not one of the best days. To have diabetes can sometimes be a really struggle. When I by, some reasons, don't eat regularly, blood glucose can become very low. So it happened yesterday. I had to rest for hours because of it and it took me a while to be able to visit the grocery shop. So I did that and forced myself to do the two Mindfulness exercises for the day.

To be depressed is often to be low in appetite ....

Today (Sunday) my only goals are church and empty the dishwasher + two mindfulness exercises and heat the dinner I bought yesterday.
