Sorry to hear that, Deilla! If it is nicotine in them, may be you will succeed better if you use chewing gum instead. I have never used e-cigarettes, but when I quit smoking ordinary cigarettes, I first started to use nicotine-gum with the same amount of nicotine as one cigarette. I used the gum at the same times as I usually smoked. That was the first step. Next, I used nicotine gum for one year. The last months cutting of pieces of the nicotine gum and replaced it with ordinary gum. At the end I only used ordinary gum and then a slow process to get rid of the habit of chewing ordinary gum. I have been free of nicotine for years.

If you wap without nicotine, it may perhaps slowly replace one and one e-cigarette with a ordinary straw. The psychological effect will be that you can use the same movements without vaping. To have a cup with something good to use the straw in might perhaps help as well. (Take care of your need for insulin). Let the time go and slowly shift from vaping to more and more straws.

Whatever way you chose, my thoughts are with you!
