Starting to feel better after the shock of mum's accident on Saturday while in hospital!She cut her forehead open and needed stitches!The nurses were meant to take care of her and that happened!
My mental health went downhill shook my faith in humanity.I still felt insecure and afraid today!

I just spent two hours cutting the jasmine bush in my garden and bagging the leaves and transferring them to the green bin !It helped me feel peaceful and relaxed....my mental health is better now.Gonna rest for one hour then sweep the garden path,cut the grass and fill big cat bowl with water!The gardener is coming Wednesday he can tidy the border,prune and sort the weeds!

I feel good again today like I achieved something!I am still afraid of strangers and don't trust them though!
