HUGS @Emily2019 Self harm urges can be hard to withstand. It's good you try and distract yourself. That's great! Doodling or drawing can also help me when I'm having urges. It doesn't always help but it sometimes helps. My T is having me draw mandalas and it is amazing that there do seem to be themes that come up. Maybe you want to give that a go. HUGS Kit
