My T is getting 69 these days (like yesterday or day after tomorrow or something like that) and he has no plans to retire yet. I has told me that he still expects to work at least 5-6 more years. When we first met 6 years ago he told me that he plans to practice at least 10 years still. I suppose it depends on the health conditions. Right now he is healthy and sees no reason to retire yet.
