I had a mini cheesecake, a lemonade from Starbucks, a whopper with no mayo or onions, half of a healthy shrimp and pasta TV dinner, and a can of hearts of palms. My calories today were 1300 something. I’m not sure exactly since I grazed on everything and I didn’t finish the TV dinner or hearts of palms and I didn’t eat the berries in the lemonade.
