I'm on the sofa while the salmon bakes. Made a quick salad. Said to heck with rice. I'll just serve baguette with butter.

I have been clocking more sleep lately, but I've attributed it to stress. I haven't seen my psychiatrist for three weeks and he won't be back from his vacation for three more. I highly doubt he'd lower my Seroquel XR during this rough period for me. I don't even know if he'd increase my Latuda. Maybe I'll feel better when he returns.

Seroquel XR was very sedating for me, at times in the past. However, in recent years it's just fine if I take it early and don't stay up too late. It's actually fairly weight neutral for me up to 450 mg. I'm on 500 mg now, down from 600 mg. I have been trying to diet in recent weeks. I lost about 7 lbs in four weeks, then regained a little over vacation, and have lost what I regained this past week and a half. I did eat a donut today. It was more stress eating than Seroquel XR, I believe.
It's tough when pdocs take extended vacations.
So many doctors take vacation in July.

I hope you are not crashing, BirdDancer. Yet, you have been through so much stress lately! Sometimes stress makes me crash.

I hope you feel better soon.
