It it as needed, but I'm already on Cymbalta. The dreams don't alarm me. That is what I find is unusual. Given the content, I would think my reaction would be bad dreams/nightmares. I think I should wake-up feeling scared, but I only think of them as weird. I don't think I'm explaining this very well.
