Well, H finally snapped and called my sons Pdoc and said that we will be at the next Pdoc appointment and if there is not a solution H and I will be leaving without my son. I was (very wisely) advised by a friend not to get guardianship or POA for my son because of the liability. He is oddly willing to go along with anything I suggest/do he just is abusive at home and a risk in the community. Anyway, 20min later H got a call that the Pdoc appointment will have additional people present including those who can put him in a hospital suited to his needs.
