My story is I lose 5 pounds, then go up 3 and stay there a while. Lose the 3 pounds, stay there a while and finally lose 2 more. I pretty much accept it but from time to time I worry. When I'm up I don't eat out or splurge on carbs. At the moment, I've lost the 3 pounds (the third phase) and I'm waiting to lose more weight.. I'm really close. I do well when I eat more vegetables.
