Had a T that would never ask to speak to anyone or encourage them to come talk. Asked one time if he wanted to get to know anyone else. He replied that he wanted them to feel safe enough to come on their own. They were all welcomed whenever they knew he was safe & it was a safe place. We each were waiting for the other one to go first!
