Can you guys tell me something? I have the duplicate records in hand and the premenant Ones stay with the hospital practice. I have a new doc linked with a new hospital and I did not and will not give her the records. Would you still make the corrections? Would you make formal complaints about:
1. Spouse on anto coagulants and does a blood test. It comes back very low and office NEVER calls until 3.5 weeks later when I remembered it and asked him to call. Then it takes another 3-4 days to get us and tell us it is seriously low?
2. Daughter on thyroid meds for 3 years and he never tests blood again and never tests for Hashi motos? Daughter very ill at 20 with pain in 2 joints. He never did testing or anything about joints.
3. He states in records that he gave scripts he DID NOT GIVE, he puts derogatory info in chart re: in therapy long term put in a negative way, and that he thinks that I only have pain because I have strong emotions? Let me know what you think. In hindsight when pain flare in fall occurred I was having a Lyme flare up. Pain stopped after 2 weeks or less on anti biotics.
