I hear music when fans are going- for example, the bathroom fan. It goes away when I turn the fan off.
I do hear music without any fans etc though- once I heard an entire marching band outside at night while IP. I told a guy at the front desk and he basically said "Yeah yeah" while "patting my head" - "...That's nice, now go back to your room, Crazy..."
