For me its walking up hill....steps.....lifting things.......getting in and out of bed.....getting out of a rocking chair....moving arms above my head and making love

Would anyone really miss me....If I leave here tomorrow would you still remember me?. We had joy we had fun we had seasons in he sun but the hills that we climbed were to seasons out of time. Tams I will never forget you.
