I am fine on vacation, tired but fine!

I try to accept that my energy level is not of the best. I had wanted to do more (like museums of different kinds, may be a concert or two), but since I have to rest more than usual I keep it low, walk around and taste different foods, take a taxi if there is something extra I want to see and relax or read in a beautiful park near the hotel. In that way I experience "things" and at the same time have the opportunity to get back to the hotel for a rest if needed!
I have parked the mindfulness training for the vacation, but still try to be in the here and now and to enjoy the moments the way they are.
