Usually you don’t take an antipsychotic without psychosis to begin with, it’s been debated whether the psychosis that returns upon withdrawal is simply underlying or caused by AP withdrawal. However at one point some normal people did take AP and developed psychosis upon quitting so it can happen. I guess my question is which came first the psychosis or the AP?
